Search your deck for up to three Basic Pokemon cards and reveal them, then search your deck for three basic energy cards and reveal them. You may put any number of pokemon revealed this way onto your bench, then attach each energy card revealed this way to those pokemon in any way you like. Put the other cards into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
Seems 3x as good as collector.
More balanced:
Choose one: Search your deck for up to two basic Pokemon cards and reveal them, and then put them onto your bench; or, choose up to two of your benched pokemon. For each pokemon chosen this way, search your deck for a basic energy card and attach it to that pokemon. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
