Undecided, but along the lines of Grass/Multi/DRE

I wanted to make a deck around Weezing, and this is what I came up with. Roserade is used as a surefire poison for one energy, and comes with sleep. Weezing should be built up on the bench as fast as possible.
I'd mainly like feedback on:
1. How can I set Weezings up more quickly? I could add Celio's, but I think using Birch is more helpful.
2. How much/which energy should I run? Since I'm mainly attacking with Roserade's Sleep Poison, 12 might be too much?
3. Koffing starts. Should I try to power it up to attack or retreat/add switches/warp points?
4. Toxicroak/Skarmory ex?
I have no tournament experience and will most likely not be going to many, so I'm not as concerned with how this deck does against more popular decks (although anything that would help it is appreciated).
