Just a simple post here, but here's the question:
If a card is Rotated OUT of circulation, but is REPRINTED as a Promo/Set Card, can I use the older version that was rotated out?
For example, N was just recently rotated OUT being as it was in Dark Explorers, BUT it got reprinted as Promo #100, does this mean you CAN use the older versions from Noble Victories or Dark Explorers?
