2 Magnemite (Whichever you like best)
2 Magneton (Dragons Rare)
4 Mudkip (bubble)
3 Marshtomp (bubble)
3 Swampert (Holo)
2 SwampertEX
2 SuicuneEX
4 Dunsparce

Trainers:
3 Rare Candy
4 TV Reporter
3 POR
3 Steven's
2 Island Cave
1 Magnetic Storm
3 Celio's Network

Energy: 15
13 Water Energy
2 Lightning Energy

The strategy is still the same when the format was E-on, it's just updated a bit. I think there's only like an 8 card's difference between the two, but i want to work on this a bit.

So you use Delcatty and Magneton.
I always wondered how it would do in
RS-on. But anyway I used Swampert
and Milotic in mine and it did ok. Also
the Magnetic Storm is mostly used
for Swampert EX cause of Fighting
Resistant Pokemon like Rayquaza EX,
Salamence, and Flygon right? Hmm, I
might suggest making the Lightning
Energy into Multi and 2 of the Water
Energy into Multi. Also honestly, I have
to say the Pokemon Count is a little large.
When I played Swampert Milotic it was
about 19-22 Pokemon. I may also
suggest cutting the Delcatty and Magneton
line for things like Briney, Milotic line,
Switches, Warp Points, VS Seekers, etc.
I just find running 3 evolutions in a deck
is to hard to manage.

It's really not w/ Celio's and all. What i usually do is sars for 3 Mudkip, a Magnemite, and a Skitty, then Celio/TopDeck/Draw for the evos. It gets running turn 3-4 usually, but turn 2 if i'm lucky. I like this deck alot and i appreciate everybody helping even tho i asked most of you to. ;p

I dunno about Swampert in RSON, but I'll give a fix as you wouldn't take it on AIM. ;/

-2 POR
-1 Candy
-1 Storm/Cave

+2 VS Seeker
+1 Celio
+1 Lightning Energy

I still don't know about Swampert, but I'll try it sometime..

Just in from testing-Sets up Turn 3 doing 60 dmg w/ SwampertEX. I'm very pleased! I stuck w/ my own version, but i will be testing the others. ^_^

^^Thx Bball, I really don't think it works as well w/o Magneton and Catty. I'm considering adding a TecH Articuno EX, but I'm not sure.. Any suggestions OTHER than Pokemonfan123's? XP
-Swampy

maybe articuno its really up to you, since you can discard and retrieve the nrg it might not be a bad play, drawback is it can easily be a wast of hand space
