Hey guys,
Sorry if this is the wrong forum, but I plan on trying for my Professorship again soon (failed last time) and I cannot seem to find the rulings regarding old cards (regarding powers and regarding trainers). I assume the are in the compendium somewhere but I cannot locate them there, or on the Go-Pokemon site.
If somebody could link me to these rulings to study I would really appreciate it.
