(rulling and card interaction) searching 4 nothing?

can i use cards such as

trainers
petm
the boss's way
magma ball
aqua ball
energy search
ect.

pokemon's pokemon power
gardy's psy shadow
beldum's whatever
kabuto (nd) 's whatevr
castform's tempremental waether
ect.

that have u search for a specific type of card even if u knew there was nothing to search for

I think it would be okay the first time because there is no way to prove u knew unless there is none of that card to look for, but can i still use like it twice in a row having already said that i have (exp. gardy's psyshadow) no psychic energy or whatever i was looking for according to the card without having used TV or something like that

This may be subject to debate, but in my personal opinion once you've searched and proven that there isn't any of that particular card in the deck you should not be allowed to search for that same thing again unless there has been some sort of action to put said card back into your deck (i.e. Town Volunteers, etc.).
