Just a fun take on the same Switch/Stall strategy as Gliscor/Spiritomb but with Palkia G instead of Gliscor. Palkia G with Expert Belt does 40 Damage using Splashing Turn plus switching into a Spiritomb for Trainer Lock. Palkia G Lv.X to abuse the Power Lock and Skuntank G/HQ to add damage. Luxray GL Lv.X to pull up a benched Pokemon and damage it with Splashing Turn.

This is just a rough list and their are still many things that I would like to add such as: hand disruption,Toxicroak G(both),more Crobat G and a Dialga counter, if possible.

I can tell you what is needed but not sure what to take out without playing it. You need at least 1 if not 2 warp energy. Pm me if you don't know why. I would also try to add another gain and/or a night maintenance. I would also put in 2 more sprays as you are asking to be bright looked with your palkia having an expert belt on. That's all I see right off the start. Hope you find the room.

Mr. Mime helps me very much in decks like these. I find no damage to be better than the trainer lock. Especially when Palkia is doing so little damage. The defending pokemon likely will not be knocked out by one or two attacks doing 40 IF you find expert belt early enough. Spiritomb will just be sacraficed. I'm not saying to lose Spiritomb but to add Mime as both are situational.
