A relatively fast and easy lock deck that has done very well at regionals.
STRATEGY: Use giratina to lock and then impersonate cyrus's iniciative along with chatot g for a cheap lock and hit stuff with garchomp or sableye. Here's the list,

you might want to put in another garchomp c lvl x. take out 1 honchkrow g for that.

I think you need 4 Power Spray and 4 DCE. 4 Power Spray is for maximum powerlocking, and it also increases the chance that you will draw into one. 4 DCE is, again, for extra consistency in drawing into them, and you are going to need them; Dragon Rush is probably the main damaging attack of the deck. I also think you need more than one Crobat G; some lists run 3. They also help with Target Attacking basics for cheap prizes.

Let me know if you try this list out and how it works, mines similar to this and like i said the Girantina X helps with hand disruption if you lock them with let loose+intiative+chatot g
