old fashioned i no but still:

alakazam has a poke power called psylink rite.

it basicilly says,

alakazam has a copy of every other psychic pokemon in play. including energy costs etc.

im wondering. can i use this pokemon power when alakazam is benched an attack with another psychic attack along wiv who ever is my active pokemon???

Nope, you can only use whatever attacks are on the Active Pokemon at that time; in other words, a benched Sabrina's Alakazam doesn't matter much unless you have something else on your active that can copy your benched Pokemon's attacks.
