Salamance SW

Hi,

I have a question about Slamance's SW attack which say that you can discard 2 Water or 2 Fire NRG cards attached to Salamance. And my question is : Can I discard all 4 NRGs to use both effects of its attack ?

No. It's an either or choice, as the text of the card states.

Discard this or that. If you discarded this, do this thing. If you discarded that, do that other thing.

Added note: The attack states that they have to be Basic energy.
If the attack didn't have that requirement, you could have discarded two Rainbow Energy to get both effects.
But, sadly, since it has to be Basic energy, that won't work.
