That is great news. I will be upstairs Thursday and Friday working, and might try to squeeze in a tournament on the other days.

I did catch this, might need to be corrected unless EX Deoxys truly is the format lol...
Modified Tournament : 1 pm
Build a deck using cards from EX Deoxys to the current set. Prizes awarded to the top finishers.

Just remember to get there early for the Sealed tournaments. Since there will be limited seats available.

For example, if you were to play in the 11am Sealed. You should make your way upstairs once they let everyone in, so you could be there to sign up.

you get to keep the cards right? I'll probably go to only 1 or 2 of the tournaments.
also, do you know what the prizes are?

If you play through the entire tournament, then you get to keep whatever you are given.

Prizes are usually booster packs. Last year boosters were GE and MD for the whole weekend. The amount depends on which tournament, but averaged a half box for the winners. I don't know what Karl has managed to get from TPCi/POP, so it will be a surprise.

Either way, not bad for a free tournament! ; )

Wait, these are free?

and Comic-Con as in San Diego Comic-Con?

....I wish I was going this year, but I have to save for Worlds D:

I'll be dropping in every now and then when there's a lull in my schedule, but there's a major lull (nothing at all going on) on Sunday, so I think I'll actually enter the sealed tournament then. :D

See y'all then I suppose. ^_^

Great, I personally will be upstairs as part of the staff on Thursday and Friday. So will see anyone and everyone there.

Also, I let Karl know and PTE's site is now fixed with the modified issue. : )

Just a week left now, can't believe its coming up this fast lol.

Oh, awesome. I'll be staffing on Saturday (the busiest and most packed day). What better way to avoid the massive crowds down stairs? :)

Hard to believe that by this time next week, will be finishing up preview night. Yay!

You can't beat FREE tournaments, especially sealed tournaments! ; )
