Bippa201 doesn't realise that physics would make the Eiffel Tower fall backwards, away from Napoleon, due to the gunshot. It blocks his way.

Napoleon's Scizor comes out of nowhere and uses Glare Slash on Bippa201. Bippa201 cannot move. The rays are too bright.
Napoleon's Weavile comes out of nowhere and stands in front of Arceus999, but does not hurt him, since he did not attack Napoleon.
Bippa201 is taken to court by Napoleon.

I now call upon Justice Charmander Rox.

Judge Charmander Rox is out cold because of a hammer.

Bippa drags Arceus999 into court with him, while both are holding Golden Hammers as well as Smash Balls

 

[Napoleon]

Napoleon presses the power button.

"Oops monsieur, moi finger slipped."

 

[LegendaryLugia]

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Lugia appears and Aeroblasts Napoleon into the distance. Grabbing a mobile phone from Bippa, he dialls 1-800-555-EVEE and says:

"I wish to donate $999, 999, 999, 999, 999 to the Save the Eevee Drive. I'm doing this on behalf of pokemon everywhere."

Lugia tries to escape but Arceus999, who still has his Action Replay, catches Lugia with a Master Ball. The fate of the world now falls to Ash.
