Well, here's another deck. ..

Pokemon: 23

3-2-3 Dragonite ex DF
4-2-3 Sceptile GE (delta Treecko)
1-1 Fearow
4 Holon's Castform

Trainers/Supporters: 21

4 Mentor
3 PETM2 Holon Adventurer
2 Copycat
4 Candy
4 Master Ball
2 Windstorm

Energy: 16

16 Grass Energy

Strategy: Simple, Sceptile's p-body makes all basic :grass: energy count as :grass::grass: energy. So I only need 2 energy cards to power up a dragonite ex. Altaria is in there for a possible one-turn dragonite (dratini with an energy, candy to dragonite... Altaria ex attaches another energy). This deck need a lot of work.

The trainer line needs some work but nice idea! I would take out master ball and reduce PETM to 3 because you already run fearow. Add in another windstorm. Switch the POV for 3 holon adventurer, or felecitys drawing. Reduce mentor to 3. Add in 2 castaway, 1 stevens and 1 energy. 1 copy cat.

@mypasswordis1111: Youre not helping much.

@kenshin: Ill try some of those changes, thanks. But I don't think I need 4 wind storm. 2 is more than enough. I just need to get rid of cessation crystal.

- Altaria line(Your Dragonites attack for 1 energy..what do you need acceleration for?)
-Fearow Line(Really not needed)
- Holon Castform(Isnt the best starter anymore)
- Masterball

+ 4 Pachurisu(Best starter)
+4 Crystal Beach(Messes with opponents energy)

Then I'd probably add in a couple galactics and a scott or something.

Well, here's another deck...

Pokemon: 19

3-2-3 Dragonite ex DF
2-1-2 Sceptile GE (delta Treecko)
1-1 Fearow
4 Holon's Castform

Trainers/Supporters: 26
1 Warp Point
1 TGW
2 Mentor
2 Roseanne's research
4 Bebe's search
4 Prof. Oak's Visit
4 Rare Candy
4 Galactic's mars
2 Windstorm
2 switch

Energy: 15

15 Grass Energy

The altaria line is not needed in this deck. I tweaked things up a bit with trainers and whatnot.

I don't really know why you'd need to play Altaria ex with Sceptile. It seems like the body would work just fine.

throw in a Sceppy POP4, (RS reprint) i will say this to EVERY sceppy deck i see. Green Trans is just too good of a power not to use. especially if you fall to a random Warp Point

The body does work just fine. 1 energy to lock trainers is amazing.

I hope you're playing Delta Grovyle too though, to give Fearow more search options. It's not like Grovyle should ever be active anyways.

Absolutely play Sceptile Pop4. Energy movement is beyond great.

I think you're missing Battle Frontier though. And that's just terrible. But Lati-lock is another thing that's just terrifying. What are you going to do against a deck that just randomly happens to tech them in? You can't snipe the bench with... well, anything but Dragonite EX d. Are you really going to build up 4 energies manually? I suppose by then you'll have enough damage on the defending pokemon to always have them at ~10 HP left, which is an OHKO on Latias, but... still. It's... scary.
Maybe... Absol EX is in order? Absol lets you manipulate damage as you desire, meaning you can move 3 damage counters from anything to a Latias, then knockout a defending pokemon with 40 HP left and knock out Latias at the same time? I can't think of more then 1 copy being anything but a liability though. Heck, even then, you'd need Super Scoop Up...
Wait, why AREN'T you playing Super Scoop Up? You don't want to frustrate opponents who can't figure out how to take prizes against 150 HP pokemon flooding the scene with only 1 energy needed to be annoying, and 2 energy needed to be devastating? It's not like we have Espeon around to provide healing (Though Leftovers is all sorts of tasty) :/

I also think that Sceptile ex d is a great tech if you can make the energy work. Maybe a Castaform or something.
IMHO it's not good card in this deck... It makes Draggy ex d to use 1 more :colorless Energy to use, and there isn't lots of Pokémon-ex Decks in current MetaGame ;)

You obviously don't play Sceppy ex down at the same time you play draggy ex & it's not his body you are after anyway. It's the attack. A psychic attack that can do 100+ damage one shots a Gallade for instance. You can do some nasty clean up work with this in the right matchup. You simply will not play it in many others.

i've heard of togekiss and lati@s from a couple places, plus i've played latilock in a couple decks and i know at some point you'll see one if togekiss works,

this is such a good idea though, it's like mewtrick but a lot slower, it makes up for it with high hp, power, and insanity, castform draw is pretty much crazy, because lucario is dead, most good deck will either be setting up or trying to discard your cards but with so much draw it's not going to be a problem,

how does this deck do against blissey?

I just think it''l be hard to set-up ya know? Why not 4-2-4 Drag? I'd do:

------------------------------

Pokemon: 23

3-2-3 Dragonite ex DF
4-2-3 Sceptile GE (delta Treecko)
1-1 Fearow
4 Holon's Castform

Trainers/Supporters: 21

3 Mentor
3 PETM
2 Holon Adventurer
2 Copycat
4 Candy
4 Master Ball
2 Windstorm
2 Roseanne's Research
1 POV

Energy: 13

13 Grass Energy

Add in crystal beach maybe thw windstorms because defen should take care of that being played.

how does this deck do against blissey?

I'd say it'll do good considering that dragonite doesn't need sceptile at the beginning. since draggy only needs to crystal bench defen lock for two energies, blissey can't perform at her best potential.

Deafen doesn't lock stadiums anymore... does it? They separated stadiums/supporters/trainers. Deafen just stops trainers. Anyway, you all are giving great suggestions. I'll try some out later.

it doesnt work that way. Draggy locks PRE-DP stadiums, but DP on stadiums aren't considered trainers. therefore Draggy doesnt lock them. DP-on cards that say trainers cannot get any stadium Before or after DP because they go by the Post DP ruling, Draggy locks preDP stadiums and that's it.

i think this is what vander was getting at, but wanted to clear it up
