Sceptile Surgery (Surgery as in there needs to be a lot of fixing)

Seriously need some help with this deck, ATM Rock kills it instantly, Blaze kills it instantly (It's sceptile, even if ancient tomb is in play it's still anihillated (which isn't spelt right)), Gardevoir kills it (and it's point was to kill Garde and any other oddball swampy decks). Other then the fact that I have too many ones or twos of cards, what is wrong?

the key is to start with a roselia and a treeko in hand n with mayb at least 3 energy then u evolve to grovyle and get sceptile ex turn 2 or 3

i ran that deck b4 it was pretty nice n brineys are in there bcuz wen u make a wish n has alots of damage on u just briney u get an energy and a free slot for another bench n wen u need to retreat just use that
n the reversals are in bcuz wen there is like some one weak on the bench just ko it sceptile 2nd turn is not that bad n wen there a wobba just elms training for either the flip scetile or the lizard poison scp n just ko it i mean i wouldnt prefer using that many scptile mayb one lizard poison but itz a pretty gud card sooo spirators r really useful if u have roselia so it should run really quickly
