you not need mr mine to beat kingdra, you out speed it and can slow it down so much. just use shedninja for the match up you will have them over think the match.

I agree, when I played Scorpio, the problem wasn't with Kingdra (or any one deck really)

The main problem was with setting up consistently.

Again, the right list, you will ALWAYS get a good setup, enough with saying its inconsistant!
If you are having troubles setting up, change the tech lines out....like I said, more the techs, more the lack luster start!
