Yeh, it is really hard to set a price on an error like that. It varies on who would actually want it.

You can make any card foil around the edges if it's RH or foil by taking nail polish remover to the sides of it. I ran into someone at a tournament a while back that had used nail polish to remove all the ink on the front of the card, and I used my mom's nail polish and came up with the same effect. I think it only works on certain cards though.
