Once you see the list you will know the deck.(sorta)

Pokemon: 14
1 Elekid
2 Tornadus
2 Emolga EP32
1 bouffalant
2-2 Eeletrik
3 Zekrom.

Energy:15
4:colorless::colorless:
10 :lightning:

T/S/S 31
1 Full Heal
1 Max Potion
1 FSL
1 Engineer's Adjustment
3 Juniper
2 Copycat
3 Collector
1 Cheren
1 Catcher
2 Evolite
2 Rocky Helmet
3 +power
2 Switch
3 Potion
3 J-arm
4 Communication

Well the strategy is simply to set up Zekrom and Eel, then charge up and Bolt strike. Now that I'm looking at it, some Pokemon can definitely go. Well the legend is here to move damage counters. Blissey
used to heal(don't think it's needed) Emolga is kinda like my hit and run Pokemon.

Much help is needed, I lack a few necessary cards to complete this deck.

CHANGES:
-1-1 Blissey Prime
-2 Cheren
-1 Switch

+1 Emolga
+ 1 :lightning:

Your count is off. You have 14 pokemon, 15 energy and 30 trainers, That comes out to 59 total cards so you need to add one more card.

What's your reason for running Magby? Cleffa, Smoochum, and Elekid are all more solid options in my opinion.

Also, why DCL? Nothing you have spreads damage, so most of the time you're just going to be attacking the Active for massive damage. The only ways Darkrai Cresselia would come in handy are shutting down 1) Reuniclus decks or 2) constant retreaters, where the wounded stay back. Reuniclus gets overloaded fast against Zekrom, and retreaters can be solved by Catcher. I would replace DCL with either 1-1 Dodrio, more Tornadus, or something.

Potion should be removed. I would personally replace them with Seekers. Seekers can be used to heal, but they can also get you a quick win. Seeker up your opponent's only Bench and KO the Active. And honestly, each Zekrom should be taking down more than 1 of the opponent's Pokemon, so healing it really isn't too necessary. Twins is another good option. Your first Zekrom, you only Outrage. Outrage until it dies, and you can use Twins to get you anything you need for the rest of your setup. If you attached 2 Electric to it instead of a DCE, it doubles as getting set up for Eelektrik, too.

I had put in Magby for a filler I guess? Not much of a back story to why I did that.
I included DCL because this deck was built for a friend and he wanted a few of his favorite pokemon
in the deck, but I completely understand and approve on taking out DCL.
I included potion because I remembered seeing or hearing about a list that ran potion and did well at tournaments.
I will definitely try seeker out.

Magby can be used as an amazing tech for dragons, since burn is a flip after they attack you can potentially leave them at 110 hp making zekrom in this deck's case 1 hit ko

I have taken out a few cards and replaced them.
-1-1 Legend
-1 Magby
-1 Zekrom(it was proxied)
-2 Rainbow

Added
+1 Elekid
+ Tornadus
+1 Bouffalant
+1 Full Heal
+1 Max Potion
+1:colorless::colorless:

Any Help, is this a good enough list or no?

My list runs both Dual Ball & Collector (4/2 split respectively) to ensure i can search out Tynamo. I'm surprised to not see Thundurus in this deck: Allows fo an easy T2 set up with Disator Volt while putting lightning energy into the discard pile though i guess you could set up a T2 Hurricane with Tornadus. It also allows you to save Zekrom for the bulkier/stronger pokemon. You're also going to need 3 Eelektrik in here, no questions asked. Any good opponent would go straight for your Eelektrik and get rid of your support as without it you're going to be struggling to set up multiple Zekroms.

-2 Rocky Helmet (Eviolite is the only tool worth having here)
-1 Full Heal (Filler card i'm guessing)
-1 FSL
-1 Engineer's Adjustment
-1 Max Potion (Too hard to pull this off while still being able to attack on the same turn)
-1 Cheren
(-7)

+2 Pokemon Catcher
+1-1 Eelektrik
+1 Eviolite
+1 Juniper
+1 Super Rod

Hey thanks. I was thinking about adding another Eeletrik. I'm getting more packs today and hopefully I can
get a majority of these cards.
1 question. Why take out FSL? I find it helpful for recorvery and against Durant

X empoleon X suggested you take out FSL and instead replace it with super rod. Both are used for recovery but super rod is a trainer and can be re-used with junk arm. The choice is up to you but ultimately super rod is seen to be the superior card.
