Seriously Miscut Lugia-EX - Value?

All of the non full art EXs in my Plasma Storm boxes were horribly miscut, although none quite so bad as to allow you to see the edge of the other card next to it, except for Lugia here:

I know that usually a card being miscut is a bad thing because it can never be graded as being in perfect condition, but when you can see the edge of another card peeking out, might it add value as a collector's item?

Thanks in advance for any help.

To a player- the exact same value as any other Lugia EX. To a collector, less.

Some people find the miscuts cool. Some do not. And as wayne stated, to a player I found it doesn't matter. To a collector, it really depends on his/her taste and what they may want. Some collectors may be seeking a Lugia Ex miscut like yours. You never know.

I'm curious to why you would de-value it for miscut? I know from tyhe past mis-cuts have gone for more unless it was never corrected.

Nice card to say the least and if it was mine I would have definately added that to my collection with a normal copy.

In most hobbies, mostly sport cards, miscuts are a nightmare. This is due to the fact that grading is so prevalent in those hobbies. Grading has grown over the past year or two in pokemon. Most collectors are looking for a Mint copy of every card. Also, the term, "miscut" is spammed all over ebay and has rendered a lot of the miscut cards and the term itself as a gimmick.

With this said, I always reference this Miscut as one that would be of interest to some collectors. Something with a major cut like this would be worth paying a bit more as it is not normal.

The Lugia miscut is not significant as the one I posted. Most to all collectors would pass over it for a mint copy.
