SFA-Verse Pokémon Cards

Hello there. I don't know if anyone here remembers me, but I used to be an active member on the CaC forum for years up until 13 years ago where alongside Carrington388 I made and worked on tons of Pokémon card sets. Sadly, over time, they became tedious and I lost inspiration, ultimately causing me to have a breakdown where I decided to abandon doing them altogether. However, I could never stop thinking up Pokémon card ideas and continued to do so in my head.

For the past 11 years, my main projects have been what I call the SFA-Verse, a series of Pokémon game ideas currently spanning five sagas, each with their own regions, characters, and of course Pokémon. I've thought up Pokémon card ideas involving them, but until recently I never thought about actually putting them down posting them. That changes today, as I've decided to make my return to the PokéGym and begin showing off any SFA-Verse Pokémon card ideas I've thought up.

Things will be a bit different this time around, though. For one, I won't be doing full sets like I used to, as I can't bring myself to work of such large sets anymore. Instead, the cards I'll be posting are considered to be part of specifically named sets, but are more of just a taste of what they're about. Also, I decided to adopt Carrington388's format of Pokémon card ideas, as you can see below.

The "power standards" of the cards below correspond to what they were at the time that SFA-Verse saga was made (ex: Flora and Azure adheres to Gen V's card standards). I'll also provide links to all information I've compiled for each SFA-Verse saga in hopes of you getting a better understanding of what they're about. Note that I may always come back to a prior post to add cards corresponding to that set If needed. If an amount of time passes that this topic would be locked if posted in again, I'll make another one as a continuation.

TURIAVITA'S REIGN

As you already know, each SFA-Verse saga has an evil team present, and as such I've thought up several cards for each of them as well. They work in a manner similar to the evil team-based cards in all the sets Carrington388 and myself made all those years ago. This time around, I've decided to add a bit of extra flavor to any evil team-based cards I thought up, and that is that each Pokémon card is represented by a certain member of that team listed next to the card name. Just like the cards above, this can always be expanded to include more cards and even given its own post if necessary.

Next up happens to be cards pertaining to three villain teams thought up by myself and Carrington388 in the past; Team Flora, Team Plasma (not to be confused with the Team Plasma from B/W), and Team Draco. More specifically, these cards pertain to their appearance in Pokémon SP-Seasons and TM-Ages. In addition to continuing the trend of attacks that allow more than 1 type of specific Energy to be used, these cards also sometimes have their own variations of the Ancient Traits from the OR/AS sets, referred to as Flora, Plasma, and Draco Powers, with there being two for each team. In addition, the Lost Zone made a return in these sets, although limited to Legendary Pokémon and Mega Evolutions.

You can't have more than 1 ♦ card with the same name in your deck. If a ♦ card would go in the discard pile, put it in the Lost Zone instead.

You can only play this card if you have any {W} Pokémon in play.

Search your deck for up to 5 of any combination of Pokémon, Trainer, and Energy cards with Crystal in its name and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

For the following cards below, they involve something from RWBY that appears in the SFA-Verse; the Schnee Dust Company. How their cards work is that they're like Team Plasma cards from the 5th Generation, in that rather than having an ownername, they're a special classification of Pokémon card. In this case, whole lines are SDC Pokémon rather than just the final stage. With Evolution cards, you can put an SDC one on top of a regular Pokémon card (such as evolving Steelix (SDC) from a regular Onix) or vice versa (such as evolving a regular Snoworror from Snowigure (SDC)).

I've managed to put together a group of mostly SFA-Verse Pokémon cards pertaining to various ownernames from my past tenor on the PokéGym. I figured it was better to just post them all here rather than just put them under their respective sagas. There are also two cards here meant to belong to a group of cards in the Spirit & Shadow era with the White Fang.

WHITE FANG SET

For the following two cards below, they involve something from RWBY that appears in the SFA-Verse; the White Fang. How their cards work is that they're like the SDC cards I also thought up, in that rather than having an ownername, they're a special classification of Pokémon card. In this case, whole lines are White Fang Pokémon rather than just the final stage. With Evolution cards, you can put a White Fang one on top of a regular Pokémon card (such as evolving Weavile (White Fang) from a regular Sneasel) or vice versa (such as evolving a regular Buffalood from Bisallow (White Fang)).

Weavile (Adam)

You can play only 1 Supporter card each turn. Put this card next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

Flip a coin. If heads, search your discard pile for up to 2 Pokémon with White Fang on its card and put them onto your Bench. If tails, put a Pokémon with White Fang on its card from your hand onto your Bench. Treat the new Benched Pokémon as Basic Pokémon. If any of them is a Stage 2 Pokémon, put 2 damage counters on that Pokémon.
