Shiftry + Sleeping Pokemon deck

I don't have a terribly good idea as to what cards to put into this deck. I just had an idea to use a pokemon to first make the defending poke fall asleep, then switch with shiftry to keep it asleep until I can kill it. Do you know of any good cards that can make the opponent sleep and do you also see any complications with this deck?

I'm not a terribly good deck builder, but I have some average ideas. Please help me

Im sorry to tell u, but Shiftry's pody works only on ur opponent's turn and sleep flips are done beetween turns...

Ur combo doesn't work!
