is this what a shining charizard looks like?

im just curious and if that is it. how do u get 1??

That is a shining charizard. If your lucky, oak will give you a shining charmander to start, than you evolve to him. and that is a 1 in 8,119 chances that will happen.

Also, there is breeding. You still have the 1 in 8119 chance of a Charmander egg hatching into a Shiny Charmander.

try spending 100+ hours hatching eggs.
Or 100+ hours of making a new game and hoping for a shiny.

SAY NO TO GS!!!

But, really, bread a Shiny Ditto with a Char, you'll have a better chance then nomal breeding.
