i've seen many different values for this card, ranging from 5-20 dollars. what is this card worth?

I have most commonly seen it at $20-30, it was always one of the scarcest DP promos. T&T is selling theirs for $25.
One auction with a few other of the promos ended at $10, but I would say that's because it isn't extrememly popular atm, I would still think you should be able to get $20 for it at a set price, given the right buyer comes along.

Oh wow I didn't even notice the pokeball on the back was upside down.
I wonder if the sealed one is a misprint too...

I'm not sure on the price differences but the correct one is far harder to get. I've only ever seen one correct one (which I quickly traded for).
mine is error, and its in my DP promo set which is depressing, because I prefer corrected cards typically.
