For Worlds this year, will Shiny alt-art reprints (Dusknoir and Rare Candy for example) of cards pulled at Prerelease be legal? I'm aware that the floor rules state reprints are legal immediately as long as they're direct, but since it's Worlds and Worlds can be fluky at times, I thought I'd ask.
