Ok. This is my brother's new Modfied Format deck. Please give me somefixes and I will try and get the cards necessary to fix this strong, but slow, deck.

Reasoning for Linoone - Dragons weak to Colorless run wild @ our league here in SE Wisconsin...

3 Super Scoop Up

Reasoning for ERS - It seemed flexible enough with TV Reporter to work...
Reasonging for SSU - Ampharos ex is this cards main target, so Mr. Briney won't work...


Energy - 17

It seemed crazy enough to work, but its kinda slow moving. Its got tons of power, but no speed!

With Amphy from Expidition, change Moo-moo for Nurse.... Change Azurill for Elekid.
3 energy recycle system for 2 TV and a Fisherman. Not sure on the rest... Maybe drop 1 each of Cat, Reporter, 1 Amphy ex for 3 Elms Training Method...

Or drop the 3-2 Linoone, add 2 Zangoose, and 3 Fast Balls. Drop 2 other cards, and max out Fast Ball/Rare Candy. Prolly the Amphy EX and Reporter or Cat

Linoone is not worth the trouble and just makes your fighting weakness worse (but there will of course not be much fighting with Dragons galore in your area). Zangoose is better, but I like Crystal Shard the best because of the surprise effect.

Pokemon Nurse is obvious, the other suggested trainer changes look OK too. Don't play all electric energy, you may have to attack with the regular Ampharos!
