Plusle DX is the best deck.

This looks almost like the starter deck of the emerald set containing blaziken and manetric. Don't know your situation, but if you want to play blaziken, up it up to 4-3-4. Drop the stantler and all of your trainers. Add in more draw power(copy cat, stevens, admin, etc.) and celios network. For a supporting pokemon, nothing really combos with blaziken, so manetric isn't that bad of an idea. If you can find room, add in more manetric from deoxys, which covers weakness better, can hit for more damage then the emerald one, and can hit the bench, later setting up blaziken swarm. GL with it.

Is Minun EM OK, and I am using Torchic RS 73. Is 3 Blaziken and 1 Blazi EX ok, or 2 of each? Why isn't stantler good? Oh, yeah, and I also want Pikachu/Raichu

i think then raichu line is better than manectric.
use raichu ex too and recharge. and maybe a zapex.

go ahead. but i thought za was better if you add rai, since recharge gets 2 lighting nrg. so its easier, but if you think its biased, choose whatever.

Stantler can confuse by screechy voice, then Push away can discard a Trainer in opponent's hand, well, I thought of this card because I have it

Um.. ur talking about stantler from UF right?? NEVER use that stantler!! It sucks *****!!! Its a horrible pokemon who's attacks SUCK!!!!! When was the last time you saw a deck running Stantler??
