    I Love Shuckle & Frosslass. They are my favorite pokemon, so these are their LV.X's that I created.

    Shuckle LV.X-100 HP

    Poke-Body: Shell Armor-Everytime Shuckle is attacked by your opponent's evolved pokemon, their attacks are reduced by 30. This poke-body can't be used if Shuckle LV.X is effected by a special condition.

    Poke-Power: Poison Spread-When Shuckle LV.X is placed on your Shuckle, each evolved pokemon in play (both your and your opponent's, excluding Shuckle LV.X) is poisoned. This special condition stay's on all pokemon affected for the rest of the game.

    Weakness::fire:x2
    Resistance::fighting:-20
    Retreat Cost::colorless:

    -----------------------------------------------------

    Frosslass LV.X-110HP

    Poke-Power: Ghostly Appearence-If there is any :psychic: energy placed on Frosslass LV.X, prevent all affects of an attack, excluding damage, done to Frosslass LV.X.

    :water::psychic::colorless: Destiny Bond
    If Frosslass LV.X has any damge counters on it, removed all of them and place them in any order you choose on your opponent's pokemon. You cannot knock out more than two of your opponent's pokemon this way. Then choose one of your benched pokemon with the highest amount of HP remaining, Keep putting damage counters on that pokemon until it is 1 damage counter away from being knocked out. If you have no benched pokemon, this attack does nothing.

    Weakness::metal::dark:x2
    Resistance::colorless:-30
    Retreat Cost:

    So, comment my cards.

    Shuckle LV.X 100HP [G]
    LEVEL UP

    [POKE-Body] Shell Armor
    Reduce all damage done to Shuckle by your opponen'ts Evolved Pokemon's attacks by 30.

    [POKE-Power] Poison Spread
    When you Level Up your Active Shuckle, you may use this power. All Active Evolved Pokemon in play (both yours and your opponent's) are now Poisoned. Each of those Pokemon reamains Poison as long as it is an Active Pokemon, even if it evolves, devolves, or Levels Up.

    W: [R]x2
    R:
    RC:[C][C][C]

    Frosslass LV.X HP110 [P]
    LEVEL UP

    [POKE-Body] Ghostly Appearence
    As long as there are any [P] Energy attached to Frosslass, prevent all effects of attacks, excluding damage, done to Frosslass by your opponent's Pokemon.

    [W][P][C] Destiny Bond
    Count the number of damage counters on Frosslass and place that many damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon in any way you like.

    W: [D][M]x2
    R: [C]-20
    RC:

    REASONS FOR CHANGES:
    1. POKE-Bodies aren't turned off by Special Conditions.
    2. Shuckle LV.X is not an Evolved Pokemon anyway, so that doesn't need to be there.
    3. Benched Pokemon CANNOT be Poisoned. No exceptions. Each player is only required to have 1 Poison counter for Single Active, so you can't make them get more. Secondly, if they retreat, it has to go.
    4. Shuckle shoudn't be resistant to [F]. It is not weak or resistant to Fighting or Ground, and it is weak to Rock. Plus, there are no non-flying bugs resistant to [F].
    5. It needs more retreat cost. Shuckles are SLOW. Either decrease the HP or increase the Retreat Cost.

    6. Ghostly Appearence, not only is it on Arceus's Rotom, but it should be a POKE-Body, because it is always in use.
    7. Destiny Bond is too broken and wordy, and you can easily KO anything with it. If you had a Benched Pokemon with only 10HP left anyway, it would be too good. This is much simpler, and it does no self-healing.
    8. There are NO R:-30 anymore. Ever since DP, they have had -20.

    9. You forgot Types.
