I. Shuppet, with some interesting walls.
So I only had this deck for about 1 week and I scraped it together for our weekly league matches. Good thing I played against two mew twos and started learning how to counter and reading up being prepared. I felt really comfortable with shuppet and it appealed to me more than some deck lists, I knew I wasn't gonna do THAT well at states so I just went for the experience... little did I know....

III. Deck Strategy
I basically threw in what I knew I might face. The strategy is to kill the pokemon on the first turn (donk) and if needed, throw in a wall to stall for another Fade out on shuppet with as many plus powers and expert belt.
Walls: Shuckle - for special energy cards run in SP decks and other competitive decks.
Mr. Mime - Your opponent needs 3 energy CARDS to atleast damage him, great wall against gyrados.
Spiritomb - Basically lock and slow up decks that use many trainers.
I run 3 unown q to reteat these walls, and they have been good to me since.
"Techs"
Interesting cards that I haven't gotten a feel to yet, but I have relicanth to snipe for 30x opponent's pokemon tools and stadiums in play. (Since this is damage it goes through unown g I believe) and Regice to move and get around walls using Regi move.
Counters - To gyrados I put up mine, for luxchomp I set up dunsparce for 2x weakness. I use banette for mewtwo and all others I try to flex around.
IV. Reported Matches
Round 1: Shuppet vs Palkia? (John M.)
Nice guy, he told me that he was here for his kids and also he was attending just to see what it was like. I go first and we both flip. I have a crobat and a uxie on the bench (Donk prevention) and he flips over a totidile. He told me his son plays shuppet and it doesn't do well against him. I have a psychic in my hand and use a roseannes to shuppet and a crobat (I have a plus power in my hand). I flashbite his totidile and I throw down shuppet with one pyschic and a plus power. I fade out for the donk.
1-0
Round 2: Shuppet vs Magnezone (T. G.)
Slow start. I lock him with a spirtomb and stall while I try to draw shuppet. Once I do I start hitting him with 3 Plus powers and start taking easy prizes. He scoops up a heavily damaged Magnezone and starts using Gyro ball to knock out some easy prizes for him (He took down my tomb, mime, and some uxies/crobats) I draw my final pokeblower, bring out his claydol, Evolve using HIS broken time space stadium, discard 8 cards, and use temper tantrum and darkness switch to end a close game
Record: 2-0
Round 3: Shuppet vs "Paparazzi" (Elton K.)
Luxray/Garchomp/Donphan = Lady Gaga + Fan = Paparazzi. (a.k.a Cookie Jar)
Wow, I don't even know where to begin. I've played my friends Gaga deck before but we have never finished a match. I started to donk his garchomps with dunspace and I had a belt and 3 plus power to donk his luxray, but he pulls out a DONPHAN PRIME. I didn't think very well, but he did. He realize that I was having a hard time killing his donphan and saw that I focused on his bench. He belts donphan so I have to take an extra turn to kill it from exoskelton. so we both started taking prizes back and forth until I didn't draw the poke blowers I needed.
Record: 2-1
Round 4: Shuppet vs Shuppet (Mirror, sort of) (Loren M.)
Fun! I saw that he had Dunsparce benched and a Mime MT active and shuppet flicked in my mind. As soon as I realize I had to get around his wall to win, I roseannes for a tomb(to slow down his deck) and a Q (I had another roseannes for uxie/energy) and start him in the lock while I look for Banette. I place shuppet down so he can evolve once I get Banette. I end my turn and I wait to see his move. He fades out with dunsparce and mime is the only one left as his active. I draw and and use temper tantrum to get 7 damage counters and bypass Mime's pokebody with Darkness switch.
Afterwards he showed me my deck and I showed him mine and we had lots of fun sharing shuppet to shuppet.
Record: 3-1
Round 5: Shuppet vs Fergaligatr Spread (Kurt N.)
Donked his Crobat.
He's a very nice guy, I talked to him in the bathroom.
Record: 4-1
Round 6: Shuppet vs Gengar/Nidoqueen/Drowsee (Java S.)
Fellow poke gym member! He traded me the regice I NEEDED right before the tourney and I thanked him so much for it. I think I gave him a poketurn and a pichu but I pulled another poketurn from my pack today.
He had drowsee active and a baltoy benched. I had a spiritomb and a roseannes to search for a shuppet and a q (I don't remember if this is true or not, but I retreated spiritomb to use a trainer to get shuppet)
I fadeout X2 and K.O. his drowsee and put up tomb. he doesn't draw a basic.
Record: 5-1
-----------FOR TOP CUT---------
Round 7: Shuppet vs Gyrados (P.L.)
I lost.
I misplayed so horribly. He played his Azelf MT which required an extra energy on my shuppet, but I had a Bannette in my hand and a memory berry. I didn't catch the part that it was BASIC only and I did a good job using 2x Pokeblower and knocking him out. He just took easy prizes as he slowed my deck 100%.
How I should have played: Use broken time space to hit for 80 with expert belt, 3 plus power, and summoning Bannette. The rest of his cards weren't meant to attack.
V. Props/Slops, etc.
Props:
Close location
Meeting 20+ people with a pokewalker
Meeting AMAZING people who were just fun to play with.

Bonding with friends, safe driving.
Going 5-2 and almost top cutting.

Slops:
Didn't even get the promo card.
Parking was unannounced ($12 USD)
Expensive food.
Overall, it was a very great experienced. I carpooled and got to know some friends better, got some good trades, meet lots of cool people and actually won rounds. I played a mirror, learned what I did wrong, and basically it was a great experience.
