Strategy:

Set up Shedninjas fast while you stall/spread damage with Crobats and poke blowers, Misma Valley is secondary if you are out of damage spreaders. While stalling, build up a Shaymin, once Shedninja is down bring up a powered up Shaymin and get rid of any big monster. Rinse and repeat.

Already made the attempt, you can only use it once when you evolve..I just use the Nincada for the next Shedninja. Waiting for the Ninjask it is just not worth it.

My friend tried something like this involving letting them kill shedinja and then revenge kill with shaymin X and ninjasks keep reviving the shedinjas and they also spread a bit. I recomend the LA ninjasks.

New ninjask has a pretty nifty attack that combos well with both shedinjas. For :colorless it spreads 10 to everything and then switches ninjask with one of your bench. The damage spread obviously helps new shedinja, as it can only hit things with damage on them, and the switching allows you to put up either a shedinja that cant be hurt or one that punishes opponent for knocking it out.

The old ninjask isnt worth it in my opinion, unless you're trying to do some moon madness with snowpoint temple or have some other reason for having basic shedinjas. Perhaps you might consider it if you wanted to waste SSU on ninjask so you can recycle shedinjas. But otherwise, why not just evolve the nincada you already had?
