your right if i saw a flygon i wouldnt level up right away till it was gone. however if i was playing a flygon deck i would wait till they leveled up the play it down since the vibrava can be a pain on its own.

Vibrava's HP won't keep you going for long, and they can just outlast you if you try to play by that strategy.

Plus, do you REALLY want to give them back their energy? <_<;;

People can and will wait out a Flygon deck until either all of their opponent's Flygons/Vibravas are dead, or until they know they can KO an normal Flygon with no problem (seeing as Flygon rarely runs Level Max). The latter situation only comes into effect if they only have one Flygon on the field, which would be a bad situation for said Flygon deck.

Long story short: Flygon alone won't kill this deck. I don't care what situation is presented, there's a way around it nine times out of ten.
