1. Does Slowking's Mind Games Poké-Power stack? If my opponent plays a Trainer card while I have two Slowking in play, and I get tails on the first Mind Games, can I flip for the second Mind Games?

2. If my opponent plays Item Finder while I have a Slowking in play, do they discard the cards before I flip for Mind Games?

3. Chaos Gym reads that...

Whenever a player plays a Trainer card other than a Stadium card, he or she flips a coin. If heads, that player plays that card normally. If tails, the player can't play that card. If the card isn't put into play, the player's opponent may use that card instead, if he or she does everything required in order to play that card (like discarding cards). Either way, the card goes to its owner's discard pile.

I have Slowking in play, and Chaos Gym is also in play. I play a Trainer card from my hand, and I flip for Chaos Gym. I flip tails, meaning my opponent may "use" that Trainer card. Do I get to flip for Mind Games? It comes down to whether "using" equates to "playing."
