[W][C] Icy Breath: 40 damage. The Defending Pokemon is now Asleep. Place 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.
Weakness: Steel (+20)
Resistance: none

Poke-radar – Trainer
Look at the top 5 cards of your deck, choose any number of Pokemon you find there, show them to your opponent, and put them in your hand. Return the remaining cards to your deck and shuffle your deck.
Cynthia's Plan – Supporter
Return your hand to your deck and shuffle your deck. Then, draw 4 cards from your deck.
If any of your Pokemon were Knocked Out on your opponent's previous turn, draw an additional 4 cards.
You can use a Supporter once during your turn. To use it, play it next to your Active Pokemon and discard it at the end of your turn.
Strategy
Froslass; The Playa Hata: 40+10 to each of my opponents benched Pokemon for 2 energies? That's pretty awesome. Not to mention the auto-sleep effect can help a lot. Froslass can also stall with Destiny Bond and it has nice HP for a Stage 1. I might have to look out for Metagross since Frossy has a steel weakness. This will be my main attacker.
Empoleon LV.X; The Assassinator: This guy's Poke-Body is extremely helpful. I can make them wait an extra turn to do their main strategy by removing 2 cards from there hand. For 3 Energies I can do 80 damage to any Pokemon I want at the cost of not being able to attack with Empoleon during my next turn. Have no fear though, Hydro Impact will only be used as a finisher. The main attacks here are Dual Splash and Swim Together. This guy will come out after Froslass has torn apart their bench and will snipe two Pokemon for 30 per turn. I can also do a max of 100 with Surf Together at the cost of having a 50/50 chance of doing 10 damage to each of my own benched Pokemon.
Claydol; The Spy: With Claydol's Poke-Power I can refresh my hand once per turn. If that's not good, I don't know what is. Claydol will just sit on my bench for the entire game so his Spinning Attack is pretty useless for me. If I start with only a Claydol I'll pray that I have a Call Energy or a Roseanne's Research in my hand to get something else on my bench.
Omastar; The Collector: Primal Swirl. Primal Swirl. Primal Swirl. That is the only reason why I'm running Omastar. Once Froslass snipes their bench a few times I can bring out Omastar to collect 2-3 prizes at once. This card works wonders in this deck.
