Your tournament is on the Queen Mary, the ship?? Wow! That's most excellent. I want to go too. . . .

I hear it's haunted. Better play a ghost deck.

what the crud were playin a regionals on a freakin haunted pirate ship! What if the ghosts move our cards around while we're not looking as a prank!

My grandmother was a specialist with the supernatural and an excellent medium. Her expertese with tarrot cards is what got me into the card business in the first place. I'll make sure to thwart the spirits through prayer before the tourney. :)

Wow, that is great to know. Now I can tell all my players and get them ready. I wasn't a big tournament player (or judge lol) back then, but this sounds like it will be great. Will have to wait before I know if I am playing or judging (just like States lol). Either way, I will be there with a bunch of my players. : )

sweet! last time i went on a boat i started barfing so hard it was like a fountain. All the little children threw pennies at me. (the last parts made up but yeah i get seasick)

I've been to the place before, and didn't get sea sick. Though, if it is haunted. I better play my ultimate dark SD that's undefeated.

Though, can't wait. It is going to be a very big tourney since all these good players are so excited.

Yes! This is awesome. Back in the day, I got together a bunch of my friends to head down to the Shipfull of Shivers for the Super Trainer Showdown.

We'll have a huge hall, 18,000 square feet. Should be plenty of room to play, stretch and hang out. This is going to be great.

Good news everyone. There's a special rate for anyone wanting to stay at the Queen Mary during the tournament. Info in the first post.

That is great for those that are traveling long enough of a distance.

I have already begun the recruiting drive for my players. : )

the PTE site says the room rate is $109, whereas the OP above says $99; any idea which is correct?

thx,
'mom
