So what does this Gen Con So Cal Bagon promo look like?

Has anyone scored one of those Bagon promos at Gen Con So Cal? If so, it is the same card as the one in Scrye and InQuest, with a different stamp?
 
Hmm... I'm kinda confused with this promo. It has the expansion symbol, yet its numbered 50/97 (common). So is this promo promo number 50 or... :p

This is just Dragon's Bagon (#50), that (for whatever bizarre reason) has been released as a Promo.

Everything in it appears to be the same as the Dragon Bagon, with the exception that there's a "PROMO" symbol where the Dragon symbol would be, in addition to the words "GENCON" being printed on it.

Soo what's the deal here??? (Couldn't they choose a better existing Dragon card to release as a PROMO???? (Those Charmanders, Charmeleons and Charazards would have been good choices! ) :)
