I don't see a 2 or a 3. It probably says that you can only have 1 in your deck, just as would any Shiny Pokemon.

EDIT: As a matter of fact, as I look at it closer, it says "Deck" right before the number 1. So I'm sure that's the rule behind that.

WOAH!! Sweet!! :D Bah wish we were getting this set next lol...its too cool :D There's bound to be a Shiny Latios then if theres more shinies...too bad I can't find one in my ruby game lol
 
Ok, I've compiled my own set list for the main set and there's a space between Shiny Latias and Shiny Rayquaza, and since the Japanese sets are arranged by pokemon number and by type, the only one that fits is Latios. Therefore, Shiny Latios is in this set as well, because I doubt it's a normal Latios card.
 
Well... I'm working on the translations right now. Defensive Deoxys is not really that good. And Attack Deoxys seems to make you discard 2 energy cards in order to do more damge.

I've translated a few of them so far, but I am defenatly going to need Nick's help on a few of ther other. Look forward to the complete text spoilers soon @ The Labs

This set is looking so awesome!
I love the pictures of the new Pokémon-ex.
And those Shining Pokémon are just super cool. I love how the picture of the Pokémon pops out at you.
Remember, GreatFox will have the spoilers soon. So watch out for those.

I know what crobat ex roughly does

Its first attack lets you flip 4 coins and the attack does 20 damage for each heads and if you get more than 2 heads, the opponent is affected by some kind of special condition that I don't know.

Second attack says if the defending is affected by any special conditions, this attack will do 40 more. (100 in total!)

I want to know what the psychic version of shedinja does. It has 50 hp and a free retreat cost.

Also notice xatu has a lightning weakness instead of the usual psychic.
 
np. I just noticed crobat also got back its fighting resistance and it's not weak against psychic!!

Sorry, don't know what its power does. It can be used once per turn I think and has something to do with one of your opponent's pokemon and also something about special conditions.

I mean no problem. I just found out its first attack confuses the defending pokemon. I also editted my post above.
