Somebody help me with Steelix!!

Hey.
im thinking about play Steelix in my next city, but when i play it i am not satisfied with it. so i hope your guys will help me with my Steelix deck.

2-2 blissey PL
2 skuntank G
2-1 uxie lv.x
1 unown q

4 bebe search
4 pokemon Collector
4 Poke healer+
2 conduktive quarry
2 ruins of alph
1 palmer
2 expert belt
2 PONT
1 luxury ball
2 pokemon Comunication
2 warp point
2 seeker
3 engineers adjustment
1 lucians assignment

4 special Metal
3 Double colorless
5 basic metal

Strategy: get Steelix up so it can give 120 with expertbelt, heal with blissey power.

I think you need more draw to make this work, really go trough your deck. I would drop twins and POV for 4 Engineers adjustments. Also Lucian Assignment or Shaymin UL will help this deck recyle Steelix's. You could drop the Super Scoops for Seekers to heal Steelix as well
