17 Psychic Energy

I didn't say this was a usable deck in the current environments (although I suppose it could still be used, albeit not as well as in days of yore) but someone from the old decks thread wanted me to post it here so that they could ask me about it. I wonder why they haven't yet...

The "someone" was me. NEway, my comments. Try to add in one more Kadabra -- they pack a punch! Also, add some Berries for Mr. Mime. Since no attack can do 30 or more to Mime without triggering its power, Mr. Mime is all but invincible as long as it has a Berry. Add some Elekids to Playful Punch while Mr. Mime walls. You'll need some Switches. Drop two of the Bills for Oracles -- Bill's not so useful without Oracle. Add some Gold Berries for Chansey, as well as some Scoop Ups or Mr. Fujis. Not sure which Mew you're using, but you might not even need it. Consider Unown N -- it'll lower Chansey's self damage from Double Edge, even though most stall decks don't attack with Chansey. Change the Trader to a second Item Finder. Other than that, this looks like a fairly good version of a Stall deck.

Done correctly, Damage Swap could very well still be done. It's just a lot harder than it used to be. One card I would consider for this deck is Imposter Professor Oak. If you play it just right, you can ruin an opponent's efforts to avoid stalling out. I've been on the recieving end of one of those ruining my efforts not to stall out.

Bill is still *somewhat* useful without Oracle. Oracle is useless without Maxed Bills. I'd say that either you play 1 Oracle with 3 Bill, or no Oracle at all. Actually, drop 2 of the Oaks (counterproductive to the Stall tactic) for 2 Oracle, and keep the 4 Bill. Other than that, go with dkates fix.

Theese are the changes Iwould make
REMOVE
