South Jersey Pokemon - Micro-Marathon and Prof Cup Side Event!

We're holding a Micro-Marathon for this series: Friday-Saturday-Sunday on Memorial Day weekend!

We are also holding a Prof Cup side event featuring the Prof Cup format for this year's Nationals:

Rules for Prof Cup Deck Construction
1. Only cards from the HGSS set on may be used. Black Star Promo Cards numbered HGSS01 and higher will be allowed.
2. Only Pokémon of a single type may be used in a deck. Note that Dual type Legends can be used in decks of either of their types.

Additional Rule: "I choose you!"
1. Before drawing their initial hand, players will search their deck and place 1 basic Pokémon face down in front of them as their Active Pokémon. Players will then shuffle their deck and draw 6 cards. At that time they will be able to place up to 5 Basic Pokémon on their bench, set aside Prize cards, and determine who goes first as usual.

The Prof Cup side event will be $5.00 per player and this will add 2 prize packs of B&W into the prize pool for each player. You do not need to be a Professor to play in the side event.

Everyone knows the info for Battle Roads: Events are free. Players bring a deck that is Modified legal (MD -on). B&W game rules. 1st in each age group gets 4 packs and a Victory Medal promo. 2nd in each age group gets 4 packs. 3rd & 4th get 2 packs each. Everyone has a chance to get random prizes.
As always, we do random drawings at our events.
And there is a new Victory Medal card with Typhlosion on it instead of Pikachu. Very cool!

This is in the same strip mall as Goldy's Sportscards. We have moved over to the Restaurant for space reasons. Players had a great time at the last event we had here. It's a great atmosphere for playing!

You mean Saturday-Sunday-Monday?

hum... I wish I knew about this sooner because of hotel reservations and having to adjust league plans as well as work.

Any information about a hotel with a special rate? The one you got for the CC marathon was great. We spent all the money we saved in the arcade :redface:

Not sure I'll be able to make it to this one, but I figure I'd better ask this encase it comes up in conversation at league.
 
Supplies for the Snivy season of League just arrived.
Since many players were hoping to get copies of BTS from league to use in their decks, I'm bringing a pack of league BTS promos this weekend for Battle Road players that need them for their decks.
