STRATEGY!!

basically, Kingdra Swarm. Fearow is for getting the Kingdras out, Meganium is in here for a quick 3 pokemon when need be, or a nice wall against snipers. Quagsire is to get back your Buffers, and Castform, while nice to start with, is only really used for energy.
 
I like it, but wouldn't at least one or two Holon Adventurer make sense, that way you could get rid of an unneeded Seadra, Fearow, Quaggy or Wooper (if one was prized), Meganium or Chikorita if you were already mostly set up.
Just my two cents.
 
Take out the maganium, quagsaire line and 1-1 fearow try to add in 2-2 altaria and a 3-2-3 flygon ex (powerkeepers) also adding buffer peace will make this deck such a tank, you can reduce almost any dmg to around 10-30
 
yea i used to play flygon/altaria/kingdra ex and i reduced so much damage that i took stuff forever to kill my flygons! play drakes stadium with it too. that deck was a lot of fun!

the deck you have right now though looks great and i dont see anything wrong with it, maybe do what pokmeman said though.
