Based on confirmations of Beartic, Pokemon Catcher, Tornadus, Thundurus, and the 3 legendary llamas, I have come up with a speculative list for BW Emerging Powers. There were a few spaces that didn't make sense, so I beefed up the lines a bit; however, most of this should be fairly accurate. It seems like we'll get the rest of B/W, the Girls/Boys starter decks, promos, and the battle strength decks.

Additionally, within the parameters of the original press release, there are over 25 new Pokemon - My list has a count of 27 (and I'm not 100% about Litwick, but it's a promo).

If they were going to include the Red collection virizion/cobalion/terrakion, they would also need to include their full art versions. We already know those aren't there.

This makes me kinda sad. I'm still hoping for a few Red Collection cards, but it seems like we won't get any, which makes this set very, VERY underwhelming, with pretty much just Catcher, Crush Hammer, and Cheren being at all interesting.

It also has Beartic and Gothitelle. (and a few cards we don't know about yet)

Remember everyone, this is a speculative list, however accurate it may be.

I do agree about the full arts though; why include the legendaries and not their full art version?

I sincerely doubt that the Litwick promo will be included in Emerging Powers. They'll probably save it for BW3 and shove it with the Red Collection Litwick line.

Or, you know, they could just release it as a promo like they usually do.

You just might be a genius. That would COMPLETELY line up with Beartic being #30, something I couldn't figure out until now! Adding in those 9 makes 30 cards before Beartic, so we just probably wouldn't get the second Basculin, or one of the other redundants. O.O

That would make the first 30:

Snivy
Servine
Serperior
Pansage
Simisage
Sewaddle
Sewaddle
Swadloon
Swadloon
Leavanny
Cottonee
Cottonee
Whimsicott
Virizion
Tepig
Pignite
Emboar
Pansear
Simisear
Darumaka
Darmanitan

Oshawott
Dewott
Samurott
Panpour
Simipour
Basculin
Basculin
Cubchoo
Cubchoo
30. Beartic

Confirmed in set

^This minus 1. That would work perfectly....

I feel this should be mentioned - talking about new versions of BW starters included in fall tins and in EP as english exclusives. It would be awesome to have more english exclusives. Still rooting for that Scolipede and Krookodile... well only Krookodile since Scolipede doesnt have an ability, which makes the chances of it being good slim. Every revelead BW era Stage 2 with an ability so far has been at least interesting.

Its definitely going to be interesting to draft BW with EP, seeing as a lot of evolution lines are the same.

Based on set numbers, there wasn't enough room to fit in the full starter lines (between 17 and 29).

Moldy Orange, there are currently 4 versions of the mules/llamas/donkeys:
Battle Strength decks
Promos
Red Collection
Red Collection Full Art

It would make sense that they'd include the promo versions of them; however it's entirely possible that they'll have only the battle strength versions. I agree about Litwick, but what else would fill the gap between 30 and 63?

But both the BS and the promo versions are exactly the same with different artwork. I doubt they would put them both in.

Well Full Art Thundurus and Tornadus are the only pokemon mentioned in the notable section on the website, so maybe it is true that these are the only fullarts we will be getting.

Cheren is a Supporter. Straight draw 3. Nothing exciting, but a nice newbie card. Heck, I might consider using it in certain decks.
