So i have Cities coming up and i want to have a good consistent Decklist that can have a good match-up with most things in the meta.

The idea of the deck is to get Hydreigon Darkrai ready for damage on the second turn.No keldeo because i dont have one

If your Hydrai deck is trying to get a Hydreigon up and a Darkrai ready to attack on the second turn, then you should have more than 1 skyla as it enables you to get the Rare Candy you need, I would suggest taking out the Cheren and one or both of the Biancas in order to increase your odds of a T2 Hydreigon
