Speed Shot vs. Bench damage preventing bodies

How does Magnezone SF#5's Speed Shot interact with bodies such as Manectric PT's Electric Barrier? Can Magnezone damage a benched non-Manectric, or not?

Choose 1 of your opponent's pokemon. This attack does 30 damage to it. This attack's damage isn't affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poke-Powers, Poke-Bodies, or any other effects on that Pokemon

Prevent all damage done to your benched pokemon (Excluding any Manectric)
