Spread in an EX & heavy HP format?

It seems like since the beginning of HGSS' release that the general theme for Water Pokemon has been "Spread Damage." Looking at it, we have:

Kingdra Prime
Feraligatr
Kyurem
Kyogre EX
Seadra

There's many more I can't necessarily think of off the top of my head. But without energy acceleration for Water type Pokemon along with the heavy played Lightning we've been seeing for a while, it seems like it's hard to play. Especially with the power creep showing significantly in the heavy HP Pokemon that we've been introduced recently.

Don't get me wrong, I'm aware of many other Pokemon that spread too. I'm just saying it's been shown ideally in Water type Pokemon as of late, especially when Water Pokemon are harder to play because of the lack of energy acceleration combinations to be paired with. Not to mention, without a doubt the other spread techniques don't require to attack as these deck strategies would.

Feraligatr Prime is your energy acceleration. The problem is that spread only does so much when your Pokemon keep getting OHKO'd by Mewtwo or Zekrom.

Playing Stage 2's for Energy Acceleration with a backlash of having that heavy a retreat cost and a less powerful attack than half the basics in the format is just too painful... Thing is, spread itself is too difficult to play because of what the rest of the Pokemon do and where they rank themselves.

Yeah I saw that deck being played too, he wouldn't have won that match If his opponent had attached an Eviolite on his Mewtwo thus making it harder for Kyurem EX to Hail Blizzard for 120 with 5 PlusPowers with a Junk Arm boost for 170 damage. Still it was a very close game IMO.

Best way to do it is run 4 Celebi with Skyarrow to achieve a T1 or T2 Glaciate with Kyurem utilizing Forest Breath while running 4 Energy Search, 3-4 Switch, and
4 Exp. Share. Really it'd be like CMT except you're running Kyurem and Kyurem EX over Tornadus, plus in that video had the Kyurem player ran 3 Mewtwo of his own the match would've been more even to his favor.

Water spread has always been a fav of mine and it's been bugging me that Feraligatr Prime is getting rotated soon, when that was my main way to keep up an army of Glaciating Kyurem. I've been hoping (but doubting) that they'll make a Suicune Ex and give it a decent attack and a Rain Dance Ability.

I played a spread varient of The Truth throughout cities and did really well at every tournament.
But now the Truth is dead and Kyurem seems too slow. UNLESS you can get a Feraligatr out fast enough.

I haven't tried the deck in forever but I believe you could find something to work once Ultra Ball comes out.

Guys don't over think this. Electrode. Yeah. All the acceleration you will need for Kyurem or Kyorge EX. Not to mention you can build up other things with Prism. Still not a good deck, but it would at least function. Spread isn't going to work when it take like 4 + turns to OHKO anything on the field.

The only thing spread has to do is KO the Eels. After that, everything else has 90 damage on in and that brings every pokemon in KO range for Kyurem EX.
