Strat: get Froslass ASAP w/ Yanmega to start hitting/spreading, Spiritomb is for that extra little boost to get multi knockouts, Azelf/Azelf Lv X, check prize cards and snipe if going against Leafeon Lv X/Sceptile/Blissey. Chatot for help when you get a bad start or need a hand refresh/ Claydol for more and more cards. It seems to be pretty quick so far, the one bad start I have had so far was quickly fixed with a call energy on a baltoy start and the deck recovered quickly.

have debated taking out the 2-2 Yanmega line for 2-2 Uxie Lv X

I would add a 1-1-1 Omastar MD line, PERFECT in this deck!

Play bronzong over yanmega. Take out 2 TSD for 2 moolight stadium. Also then you can take out a chatot and a wager for maybe a 1-1 uxie.

Your title, why is it called De-Volve when you have no Omastar? Omastar De-Volves the whole bench, which means you get to draw 5 prizes with that card. Probably a 2-1-2 or a 1-0-1 tech.
