Are you blind, or do you simply ignore everything everyone has said? YOU ALREADY WERE GIVEN A LOSS! lol

@Ulti, I listed FB, since most of us are already friends with many of the people here. However, I do think that we should just flat our require everyone to get AIM/something that can talk to AIM. IMO, AIM is better than MSN, and easier to use for something like this. Not to mention, we could set up a Pokegym brawl blast group, and add all the players in the tourney to it, so you can easily contact anyone in the tourney. I don't know about everyone else, but I typically sign into aim, and just leave it open all day. That way, even if I'm away, someone can contact me if needed, and I'll be sure to see it, and reply when I get back.

Perhaps we should take a vote and see what most people would prefer the "standard" method of communication to be? I would very much like to see a standard method of communication that you NEED to have in order to participate implemented by the next tourney. It would eliminate so many problems.

Perhaps you are getting ahead of yourself. It is quite clear that the favored is AIM and should be highly recommended.

As for the whole "We should vote" bit - i think that sort of thing will have to wait. Besides, the Admins have final say on those kinds of things.

It takes 2 seconds to download AIM and don't just download AIM for the sake of downloading it. AIM has several purposes as to why its useful. First of all, you receive messages instantly, rather then PMing and waiting for your opponent to respond back waiting the next 3-5 hrs. (avg.) or next day/week. Also, like DarthPika said, I own a AIM Brawl Blast Group Chat where all of us can chat about brawl things, such as finding others play (1v1 or 2v2), finding your paired up brawl opponents, etc. Right now, we have 24 members in our group, which is a lot and it will be much easier for several people to find their opponents on AIM and have them all sign up for future tournaments.

FaceBook is another story because people are hesitant to give our their real picture, as well as revealing their full name. Even though FaceBook provides an instant messenger feature, it's not the same because it doesn't pop up on your computer where you can see it. The only way to see the message is if you open up your Facebook page. Many people have a tendency of keeping themselves appear offline in a instant messenger for FaceBook, just because they don't feel like talking to these people.

In conclusion, download AIM.

Chompy has a good point. AIM is primarly used to chat with anybody. It's 100% safe, easy to use, what more could you want from AIM?

MSN is a horrible messenger site because you have to log on, takes longer to sign up for an account, and you have to send a friend request to someone in order to chat with them. Like Chompy said before, MSN carries that same problem FaceBook has, you have to open up the MSN page to see what people are saying and you can't close the page in order to sign in. Not to mention, MSN does not offer a Brawl Group Chat.

I'm 1-1 in games now with Diska, but I really had to go after the 2nd game, sorry 'bout that ): Hope we can finish the set sometime soon. Both tight and intense games, especially the 2nd one.

I switched to D3 second game without telling him, because the tournament rules don't oblige me to (although it's a rule used in most tournaments), my excuses if that caused any inconveniences

Yep, you're tricky. We can try and finish that last game soon. But yeah, it's always good sportsmanship to alert your opponent to your character switch... even if it's not a rule, though it usually is.

I've tried to get in touch with MetaKnight to play the last game of our three... it's the 12th now but he hasn't been online to finish the set with me. What happens here?

Alrighties, Diska you better win this tournament now.

Alrighty, I'll try xD
Why do you want me to win though? I'm curious. ;o
