State Championships - Leeds, UK

Due to popular demand, Leeds State Championships will be starting 30 minutes later than featured on Organised Play, to help those travelling from further afield.

Revised schedule:
- Saturday 27th March
- Doors open 9.30am
- First round 10.30am
- Finish around 4pm

Cost: £5

There will be a break for lunch... bring a packed lunch or Morrisons / Gregs around the corner.

For those travelling up the night before, League will be running from 7pm til 8.30pm at the same venue:
Grove Youth Centre, New Street, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18
Normally £2, but free if you're playing in the State Championships... can't say fairer than that!!!

Leeds State Championship - TO's Final Report

Thanks to everyone who trecked to Leeds and made our State Championship great fun... we expected a turnout of around 40 and managed a stunning 66 players (12 junior, 26, senior and 28 masters)... with more egos in residence than a Premiership foorball team (Freddy K, Tom Hall and Sami Sekkoum :smile:).

Special thanks to those parents who kindly helped out running, clearing away etc.
And special thanks to Stef... really can't thank you enough!

And finally, just to confirm... all results have been uploaded to Organised Play.

Okay, well just had to say a massive thanks Jaedon for a great day out , helping us with travel arrangements and props to Tom. I was going to do a report, but I cant really remember what happen (2-3) = 23rd,lol.

My memory of the event is worse than Nitish's (1-4 urg).
