I'm still sad I missed out on dice, even though I didn't get there that late...curse you however many people were in front :(

Made a new thread so i could personally update the first post....

http://pokegym.net/forums/showthread.php?t=162551

If you guys prefer (and if he wants) I can pass the info to drifloon kills and he can updated this thread instead....

EDIT:

Guess it got merged.... ok... than I guess

drifloon kills... it's up to you to update.....

Ok not to step on drifloon kill's toes or anything... but I compiled the info from the last dice thread for easier access... if this breaks any rules please delete and the info shall go in the original thread...

The purpose of this thread is to discover how many individual types of 2012 State Championship Dice were given out and to get picture confirmation of each and notice which states have duplicate colors...

Obviously thanks to drifloon kill for the original thread and anyone who has contributed to it....

NY didn't have dice of any kind

Correct. I did not do dice this year.
I wanted to, but I had trouble justifying the expense.
I had given out dice the past year, but I did not get much of a response about them, and since they cost a few hundred dollars out of my pocket, I didn't lay out the cost since the players weren't appreciating them.

So, let me ask, do the players appreciate the dice?
Would they affect a decision to go to an event? Or is the anticipated competition the major factor?

I think most players go the event to play. At Nebraska/Kansas, they didn't have dice, and I thought nothing of it. They did door prizes instead (bags, playmats, sleeves, etc.) In Missouri they did dice (pretty sure mine is different than the one posted in this thread for MO), and free pizza for lunch.

If I had to rank it, I'd say:

1. Free Pizza
2. Door Prizes
3. Dice

All of them are cool though. This is my first run through the state championships season, and I wasn't expecting any of them, so all three were good surprises.
