Shining Alakazam
(P) type
Basic
120 HP
Poke-Power Power Read
Shining Alakazam has a copy of all the attacks of all the EX and Shining Pokemon in play, but doesn't copy their energy costs. If Shining Alakazam uses an attack copied, discard an energy attached to it.
Attack: Damage Randomizer (PL)
Flip 2 coins. Do 20 damage to the defending pokemon for each heads, and 20 damage to Shining Alakazam for each tails. If you get 2 heads, roll a six sided die. Put an equal number of damage counters on your opponent's pokemon in any way you choose.
Attack: Power Wave (PPF*)
Discard 2 energies attached to Shining Alakzam or this attack does nothing, (90)

Weak: P
Resist:
Retreat:**

Luster Coat (Pokemon Tool)

The pokemon this card is attached to has no weakness, 20+ HP, It's attacks do 10 more damage (even if the do no base damage), and it Treated as if it had Shining in it's name.

No replies? O.K. how about:
Barron Wastland (stadium)
No trainer cards may be played, and no players may draw at the beginning of your turn. In order to draw, that player must discard a card from his/her hand.

Search your deck for a (L) energy card and attached to Pikachu.
(L)(L)(C) Quick Thunder 20+

070 Dark Moon
Supporter
(You can play only one Supporter Card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokemon. When your turn ends, discard this card.)

If you have any (D) Pokemon in play, search your deck for a (D) Energy Card and attach it to one of them. Then remove up to 2 Damage Counts from that Pokemon. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

The image is similar to Holo Discovery Umbreon. Instead, it is a Houndoom Howling to the Moon.

Actually, I'll just post what I know.
  • Like Carrington said, Shining Pokemon are always played as Basic Pokemon, regardless of what Stage the card would usually be. (Note: I am told this is different in Japan, where they are played as alternate versions of the normal Pokemon, but there are a number of differences between Japanese rules and American rules, not all of which I am fully aware of.)
  • A player may use only one copy of a particular Shining Pokemon in his/her deck. (Again, different from Japanese rules.)
  • Unless an attack on a Shining Pokemon cards only costs a single Energy, which I think is only true on Shining Tyranitar, the attack's cost always includes two different colors of Energy. No more, no less. And, unless the Pokemon is Colorless, one of those colors is always the same as the card itself.
  • Also relating to Energy costs, the Energy costs of a Shining Pokemon's attacks usually have something to do with the nature of the attack. I know this sounds vague, but basically think of it as meaning that the second type in the cost usually is the color of the type of Pokemon that would be likely to have that attack.
  • As Carrington mentioned, Shining Pokemon are not considered to be Pokemon-ex, so they are limited to 120 HP, one Weakness, one Resistance, and a Retreat Cost of 4.
  • Most Shining Pokemon are reasonably powerful, but not quite powerful enough to justify their multi-colored Energy costs and the one-per-deck rule. However, this need not necessarily be the case -- there are exceptions in both directions.
  • It is extremely unusual for an attack on a Shining Pokemon to only do damage. It is also unusual for a Shining Pokemon to have a Pokemon Power. Note that Shining Pokemon were in the Neo sets, which were before Pokemon Powers were divided into Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies. However, each is always an option.
  • It is less unusual for a Shining Pokemon to have either a Pokemon Power and 2 attacks or for it to have 3 attacks than it would be for other cards, because Shining Pokemon cards are rarer than regular Rares.
That's all I can think of, but if I think of anything else, I'll edit it in.

Strange Cloud (stadium)
Check each player's active pokemon's type. Wherever an Energy symbol is dislayed on your any active pokemon, treat that symbol as if it was the same as the pokemon's type.

{G}{G}{R}{C} Burn Shot Discard all {R} and {G} Energy cards attached to Shining Gengar, then flip a coin for each card discarded in this way. This attack does 40 damage plus 30 damage for each heads. If you got at least 1 heads and discarded any {R} Energy cards in this way, the Defending Pokémon is now Burned. 40+
