Strategy:
Main strategy of the deck is to T2 Sharpedo with a successful Strip Bare before your opponent is able to set up and get momentum in their favor. Strip Bare is 20 damage and you flip 2 coins. If both are heads your opponent discards their entire hand. Pretty mean right? But its a long shot to land it though. So this is where Victini aka Fliptini comes in to help increase your chances a bit. Victin allows you to re-flip the coins of an attack. Thus allowing you one more shot to discard your opponent's hand. Then you will use Slowking's ability to control your opponent's top decks. To also prevent unnecessary helpful top decks. Forcing your opponent to sit there with nothing to do as you start picking away at his Pokemon for the win. If not hopefully you can demolish your opponent's Pokemon with a successful V-Blast.
The deck utilizes Pokemon Collectors, Pokegear, and Great Ball for a speed factor. These will help you get out the required cards you need for your Strip Bare on T2. Along with also having the proper support of Slowking and Victini to help make it a tad bit more successful. Ideally the deck is designed to go first(Like every deck out there xD) so that you can take full advantage of your opponent having to wait a turn to successfully set up. On T2 you want to have a Sharpedo out front with one energy attached with a Fliptini and Slowking on the bench. This way you can re-roll if necessary to get the T2 Strip Bare. After landing a successful Strip Bare it all come down to building up your Sharpedos and card controlling your opponent.
I havent used this deck in a competitive atmosphere, but rather I played it as a fun League deck and with friends. The deck can be inconsistent at times because you are relying on 2 heads on one roll. Even with Victini it may not get the necessary results at first. But once it gets one Strip Bare it does kind of cripple your opponent. I didnt land a Strip Bare until T5 and I was staring at a powered up Reshiram.
I figured I would just post this to see if anyone else wanted to test it out and test their luck at flips. xD
