Strategy:
Main strategy of the deck is to T2 Sharpedo with a successful Strip Bare before your opponent is able to set up and get momentum in their favor. Strip Bare is 20 damage and you flip 2 coins. If both are heads your opponent discards their entire hand. Pretty mean right? But its a long shot to land it though. So this is where Victini aka Fliptini comes in to help increase your chances a bit. Victin allows you to re-flip the coins of an attack. Thus allowing you one more shot to discard your opponent's hand. Then you will use Slowking's ability to control your opponent's top decks. To also prevent unnecessary helpful top decks. Forcing your opponent to sit there with nothing to do as you start picking away at his Pokemon for the win. If not hopefully you can demolish your opponent's Pokemon with a successful V-Blast.

The deck utilizes Pokemon Collectors, Pokegear, and Great Ball for a speed factor. These will help you get out the required cards you need for your Strip Bare on T2. Along with also having the proper support of Slowking and Victini to help make it a tad bit more successful. Ideally the deck is designed to go first(Like every deck out there xD) so that you can take full advantage of your opponent having to wait a turn to successfully set up. On T2 you want to have a Sharpedo out front with one energy attached with a Fliptini and Slowking on the bench. This way you can re-roll if necessary to get the T2 Strip Bare. After landing a successful Strip Bare it all come down to building up your Sharpedos and card controlling your opponent.

I havent used this deck in a competitive atmosphere, but rather I played it as a fun League deck and with friends. The deck can be inconsistent at times because you are relying on 2 heads on one roll. Even with Victini it may not get the necessary results at first. But once it gets one Strip Bare it does kind of cripple your opponent. I didnt land a Strip Bare until T5 and I was staring at a powered up Reshiram.

I figured I would just post this to see if anyone else wanted to test it out and test their luck at flips. xD

I know the flips are still a only 43.75 chance (or something like that) even with fliptini. You have a lot of energies since strip bare only cost one energy. I think this deck needs another main attacker.

I was thinking of cutting down 2 regular Dark energies and drop the Slowking line to 1-1. As for an another attacker I was thinking possibly Houndoom. Since a possible 1 energy 80 damage if fighting types are on the field. Maybe swap Pichu for Tyrouge since originally I didnt run any babies at all.

You could use Ursaring as a main attacker and its pre-evolution Teddiursa is good too because you can use fake tears and if heads any damage done to teddiursa by your opponent's pokemon is -30 but that's not it. The other effect is that your opponent can't use any trainers that turn. Plus with Fliptini you can reflip for teddiursa's attack!

I'd really recommend Zoroark, works amazing in this deck, helps against big attackers and can utilise both Sp.Dark and DCE that the deck already uses. At least try it out.

take out pichu because ur opponent can evolve if u pichu second put in 4 mew so u sea off sharedo put 4 elms training method and 4 dual ball 4 juniper 4 communication 4 pokeball if u want that turn 2 if u want to be really messed up put wathog in the deck look at their top 5 and arrange their topdeck or play copycat and make their top card copycat so they draw 0 lol

I run this sort of deck. Sharpedo is great, but cannot do it by himself.
I run 3-2 of Scrafty. (Promo BW25 Scraggy) and Paralyze at a 75% rate with Scrafty adding 20 damage and burn to the mix.

The problem with preventing top decks, is that you can't expect Strip Bare to work each turn, eventually, they'll get something going. To counter this, I run 4 team rockets trickery. After Strip Bare they have to play their card, or they'll lose it (without strip bare) allowing for heavier attacks.

On the heavy attack part, I would suggest (as I run) Audino. With Sharpedo and Scarfty only needing one energy to hit, you can stockpile energy on Audino and wreck all kinds of pokemon.

I'm going to try this but maybe do what creamyjeremy said, or I might add a 2-1-2 haxorus line, cuz all of them (axes, fracture, haxorus) have a strong attack that relys on flipping 2 coins. To get maximum power though use simisear, because it has an attack that does 80 damage for each heads flipping 2 coins

Some people have been using Audino as the main attacker. They use Sharpedo to Strip Bear and while your opponent is limited to what they draw and have in hand. They grind energy onto Audino and bring it in to flip for big damage. 3 energy does 120 for 3 heads with Victini(if flips are good).
I do like the idea of Zoroark being in the deck cause it can help with the dragon situations I faced. 1 Sp Dark is a Plus Power every turn so I can OHKO Dragons faster then they can hopefully get set up. Unless donked. xD
Also having a Scrafty to Paralyze lock on the opponent is pretty nice idea too.
