I'm betting cards from SV like Arcanine, Bibarel, Lopunny, Floatzel, Drifblim, ect. were supposed to be our POP 10 but got shoved into the set for who-knows-what reasons.

Nope lol ...hopefully ill get mine and since i have erything thats even possibly good from that set like garchomp im probably going to trade or give to people at leagues i go to if i get a good amount =]

3 Water Energy, 2 Electric Energy, 3 Fire Energy, 2 Grass Energy, 1 Fighting Energy, 1 Psychic Energy, 1 Metal Energy, 2 Dark Energy, and a whole bunch of Pokemon I could care less about!

I have correct information in Go-Pokemon and I nor any Finn I know haven't got them. Guess it's because the LD sucks, we don't even get prereleases anymore.

You should check with your OP coordinator what happened to the Finnish Player Rewards. In Norway, we had some slight confusion with the delivery method of the player rewards shipment. Maybe something similar happened for Finland, it'd be worth looking into.

Finland is not the only country to not get prereleases anymore, but like other countries, Finland has Celebration events now. Your country's TOs can run Supreme Victors Celebrations, with all the regular prerelease support material (sleeves, promo card, two free booster packs), ask you local TO.

I either got them today or yesterday, but I pulled a Garchomp on the 6th pack, a Rotom on the 8th Pack, a Regigigas on the 2nd pack, and a couple of Croagunks + a Lopunny. All these out of the 10 packs I got.
 
As much as I want the Rotom and Garchomp, I didn't open my packs because maybe in a few years some collector will want them.
 
Still haven't got mine, but there was a bunch of trouble with me somehow ending up with 2 IDs, but my League Leader said she fixed it...darn, I want my POP 9 packs! I need Dark energy!
