Welcome to the 2nd annual Summer Super Smash Brothers Brawl Tournament #2. Please read carefully all the rules, stage, and general game play rules, so you get an idea of how the tournament is going to work.
Rules:
•3 Stock
•8 Minute
•Items are set to "Off" and "None" (Including Smash Balls)
•Best of 3 (Best of 5 for the finals)
•Report to me through PM or on the thread who won
•Double Elimination
GamePlay Rules
•Meta Knight's Infinite Cape Glitch and Extended Cape Glitch are banned.
•If the timer runs out, the winner is determined first by stock and then by percentage.
•Bowser/Ganon/Kirby/King DeDeDe suicide attacks. If these moves are used to end a match and a sudden death is then started. Bowser/Ganon/Kirby/King DeDeDe will be declared the winners.

Banned: Everything else. YOU CANNOT PLAY ON ANY OTHER STAGE. PERIOD!
Set Procedure
1. The first game is played on a Stage selected from the Starter Stage List through the Stage Striking Method. The order of stage striking will be 1-2-1 (Player 1 strikes one stage, followed by Player 2 striking two stages, Player 1 then striking one of the two remaining stages).
2. The first match is played.
3. The player that won the previous match may announce one "Stage Ban" if they have not already done so in this set.
4. The player that lost the previous match announces the stage for the next match from either the Starter or the Counterpick Stage List. Any Stage named as a "Stage Ban" by the either player may not be selected for the remainder of the match. No Stage may be used by a player that has already won on that Stage in this set.
5. The next match is played.
